About the Classes: All of our classes are demonstration style unless noted on the description. Each class teaches you how to pair Olive Oil & Vinegar in easy & fun recipes. Come enjoy the tasting of all the flavor profiles. Our class provides a generous tasting of each dish prepared…so come hungry!
