Italian Date Night (Hands On Class)

Come experience a culinary hands on experience with special guest, Chef Troy Heller.  You'll delight in using the finest ingredients and the innovative flavor combinations.  You'll be making your own Focaccia Bread, Panzanella Salad, Hand Rolled Ricotta Gnocchi with a Pomodoro Sauce and Tiramisu for dessert!  You'll prepare each course and then be able to enjoy all of your hard work as we dine together on what we've made.
