This sweet white vinegar is made with balsamic vinegar of Modena and blended with real strawberries to create a beautifully balanced sweet and tart masterpiece. Delicate pink in color and made with 80% cooked and concentrated grape must, making it thick and sweet. NEVER ANY SUGAR OR COLOR ADDED.
 
Strawberry Barrel Aged White Balsamic Vinegar was selected BEST NEW PRODUCT of 2017 in the vinegar category by the Specialty Food Association and received a SOFI award. Winners were chosen from nearly 2,000 entries in a blind tasting done over 12 days by a national panel of industry experts.
